You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting our clinic reception via phone or WhatsApp at least 4 hours in advance. Our team will happily assign the next convenient consultation slot without any penalty.

Tree Light Pharma operates Monday to Sunday (Mon–Sun: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Specialist endocrine, diabetes, and metabolic consultations with Dr. Sayanta Thakur are available Monday to Sunday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Standard initial consultation fees are transparently structured at ₹500–₹600, which includes detailed physical assessment, medical record audit, dietary strategy review, and personalized care planning. Follow-up visits within 14 days are provided at concessional rates.

For Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), maintain 8 to 10 hours of overnight fasting (plain drinking water is permitted). For Post-Prandial Blood Sugar (PPBS), blood collection is done exactly 2 hours after the start of your regular meal. Take regular morning medicines only as advised by the doctor.

Please bring all recent blood test reports (HbA1c, thyroid panel, lipid profile, liver & kidney function), your current prescription medications or dosages, blood sugar logbooks or CGM sensor export data, and previous hospital discharge summaries if any.

Routine metabolic parameters (HbA1c, fasting glucose, urine microalbumin) are processed in our computerized on-site lab within 2 to 4 hours. Comprehensive hormonal panels, thyroid antibodies, and ultrasound reports are delivered within 24 hours via WhatsApp & email.
